Principal and President
Through the acquisition of Metropolitan Building Services by OC Development Management, Jonathan serves as Principal and President of the OCDM. OCDM is an owner-focused, Development Management Services firm providing turn key development management from project inception through construction and occupancy for varying types of commercial projects. As the firm’s President, Mr. Ninnis remains actively involved in the daily execution of OCDM’s projects while also setting the strategic direction of the company and leading all business development efforts.
Mr. Ninnis brings to the table more than 18 years of experience and, unlike many others in the field, a foundation in architecture with a highly technical background and knowledge in both design and construction. This expertise by nature creates a proactive rather than reactive management style and allows a strategic approach to be applied to the many facets of completing a complex project.
Prior to founding OCDM, Mr. Ninnis has held positions throughout the Real Estate Industry including Vice President of Development at L&L Holding Company, Senior Associate at VVA Project Managers, and Managing Agent at Citi for Cushman and Wakefield. These positions have allowed Jonathan to complete prestigious projects for many well-known clients such as Citi, JP Morgan, NYU Langone Medical Center, City University of New York, the Union Club of the City of New York, Beacon Capital and many others. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has completed over $800 million in projects spanning across 4.5 million square feet of real estate throughout the greater NYC, NJ, and Boston areas.
Mr. Ninnis is a registered architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Jonathan also serves on NJIT’s Dean’s Executive Counsel.
Principal and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sci serves as a Principal and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of OC Development Management. As COO, Michael is responsible for creating a platform for the efficient and transparent implementation of all business units within OCDM. These units are inclusive of but not limited to Project Management, Construction Management and Asset Reinvestment Strategy. OCDM is dedicated to providing turnkey development services while communicating openly, honestly and clearly to our clients. As COO, Mr. Sci’s responsibilities are primarily focused on building an internal infrastructure to ensure employees and clients are on the same page with respect to schedule, cost, risk and opportunity. Mr. Sci also brings a very hands-on coaching and mentoring background established in his 25 years of building and developing large teams within major corporations.
Prior to joining OCDM, Mr. Sci has held positions throughout the Real Estate Industry including SVP at JLL within their Corporate Solutions Division. In this role, Michael was responsible for 12 million square feet throughout 13 states in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast Regions on the JPMC account. He oversaw a team of 170+ employees who managed New Store, Relocation, Renovation, Signage, and Improvement projects. Prior to JLL, Mr. Sci was the Northeast Regional Lead at TD Bank; he and his team managed the NE new build capital plan and were responsible for TD’s most aggressive “Take NY” organic growth initiative. However, it was Mr. Sci’s work as the North American (NAM) Head for Retail PM at Citigroup where he was first recognized for his outstanding leadership skills. In his role at Citigroup, Michael’s team delivered over 2000 projects within the US. In addition, he has worked on retail bank projects in APAC and LATAM. Michael has been a LEED AP since 2007 with vast experience in the LEED volume build program and piloted the first volume prototype for Citi with the USGBC.
Mr. Sci holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Queens College in Queens, NY. He is also a LEED AP O+M, CoreNet Member, ICSC Member, and USGBC Member. He has been a presenter at the Sustainable Operations Summit.
Principal and Director of Project Management
Mr. Lacourt serves as Principal and Director of Project and Program Management for OC Development Management. As a 20-year veteran, Mr. Lacourt is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with an international track record and vast experience in corporate real estate and program management with the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to achieve client driven project goals. Mr. Lacourt brings to OCDM extensive programming, planning and construction experience across multiple industry sectors, including multi-site retail, higher education, healthcare, hotels, sports arena renovations, corporate ground-up, infrastructure and facility operations, and high-end residential buildings.
Prior to OCDM, Mr. Lacourt has held positions throughout the Real Estate Industry including Vice President at JLL, Associate Director of Construction at Stanford University and Senior Vice President at Citi. Mr. Lacourt has been involved with the planning, management and construction of many high profile projects nationally and internationally including the Row Houses at Stanford University, BBVA Bancomer’s 50-story corporate headquarters in Mexico City, Mexico, pre-construction services for WWE and Madison Square Garden, construction of Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn NY, and many others. Over the course of his career Mr. Lacourt’s portfolio includes over $1 billion in projects spanning a variety of project types ranging from core and shell to interior fit out and historic preservation while implementing process improvements, securing and deploying resources and delivering optimal results that accelerate efficiency and yield measurable outcomes as it relates to cost and schedule.
Mr. Lacourt received a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the State University of New York at the College of Technology located in Farmingdale, NY. He also obtained his Project Management Professional Certification as well as LEED accreditation from the US Green Building Council.
Principal and Director of Construction
Mr. Robinson serves as Principal and Director of Construction at OC Development Management, where he is responsible for the oversight of a team of internal project managers and superintendents with accountability for all projects managed by that team. Currently, he is focusing his efforts on overseeing the 150 Fifth Avenue project, a 186,000 sf commercial office redevelopment. Through unique and strong complementary skills in project management and civil engineering, he has consistently led successful teams on large public and private sector projects through critical elements of all development and construction phases. He coordinates among Clients, Public Agencies, Designers, Consultants and Subcontractors while providing insight into risks, requirements and opportunities for effective project and personnel leadership.
Having established process leadership, personnel management and working relationships with numerous entities, Mr. Robinson understands the project needs of clients. He has been engaged in the construction industry for more than 20 years with extensive experience in the planning, design and execution of development projects with involvement in construction oversight as well as pro-forma development and cost management.
Previously, he served as Director for Gorton and Partners / Colliers International, Senior Project Manager for Plaza Construction Corp., Account Manager for Skanska and Vice President for AMEC / Morse Diesel. Notable clients included Brookfield, Starwood/Marriott, FCRC, Trinity Real Estate, Trinity Place Holdings, GTIS, LIU Brooklyn, Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, Hudson River Park Trust, Kaiser Permanente, NYCEDC and the NYCSCA. Past projects include the Winter Garden and Entry Pavilion, Starwood Corporate Campus, New York Times Building, 68-74 Greenwich Street, 77 Greenwich, 101 W.78th, LIU Brooklyn Athletic Fields/Residential Development, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Hudson River Park, Brooklyn Children’s Museum, The New York Times Building, JFKIAT Terminal 4, UCSF Mission Bay Community Center and Kaiser Medical Office Buildings and Hospital upgrades.
He attended the University of Virginia, majoring in civil engineering and minoring in Economics, and continued with Construction Management courses at the University of California, Berkeley. He was formerly the Secretary for the Contractor’s Association of Greater New York and volunteer for ACE Mentoring NYC.

195 Broadway, the historic former headquarters of American Telephone and Telegraph is a rare interior and exterior NYC Landmark building. The retail repositioning of this property entails the respectful creation of retail space at the basement, ground floor and roof levels to maximize revenue while maintaining the historic significance of the building. Scope of work includes custom and unique glass curtain demising walls and glass elevators, renovations to historic storefronts, upgrade of all MEP infrastructure and new utilities to support retail, modernization and extension of elevators and creation of core and shell platform and enclosure at roof level.

Redevelopment of 337,000 sf of commercial office including creation of tenant amenities and pre-built office suites.
SPACE 186,000 SF Commercial Office + Retail
Full building redevelopment plus 25,000 sf vertical expansion including new lobbies and entrances, MEP FP infrastructure and utility upgrades, elevator modernization and new installations, construction of two additional floors on top of existing building, façade repairs and window replacement, full demolition of existing tenant improvements and new work to make ready for future tenants including toilet room and MER upgrades. Project also includes the reconfiguration of the existing floor plate on all floors to increase efficiency and density.
